My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room had a roll-in shower and a balcony, offering a great view of Pigeon Forge. It was so lovely to wake up to that view every morning. The only downside was the price being a bit higher than expected, but the value for money was still good given the amazing view.

I couldn't have asked for a better spot - the hotel is so close to practically everything, and it's wonderful. The rooms are fantastic, with a balcony and a lovely view of Pigeon Forge. The only downside is the somewhat congested area. The service is top-notch with great amenities like room service and a welcome drink, but it's a bit pricey. It's a relief to be directly by the river without even asking. If you need a prime location, this is it!
